Terms and conditions

Shopping online is very easy!:)

If you have decided to purchase some cozy items from us – here is an easy instruction how to proceed :

 

  1. Choose an item which you like

  2. Choose a size and a quantity if you want to buy more than one

  3. Add it to the cart

  4. Sign up and confirm your order

  5. Choose a payment type (bank transfer, PayPal, e-bank or cash on pick up*)

  6. Make a payment

  7. Receive your cozy package!

     

*Cash on pick up is available on orders to Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia or on pick up in our store in Vilnius. In other regions this payment is not available.

 

Detailed instruction how to shop:

 

1.Your cart. When you will find an item you wish to buy, choose a right size and quantity and press ADD TO CART.

Before adding an item to a shopping cart please read an information about material and size chart.

2. Contact information. If you are finished shopping – go to you shopping cart. If you change your mind just click x(remove) button next to an item to delete it from your shopping cart.

If everything is fine, press continue button and fill your information.

3. Delivery and payment. In the last step please choose a delivery type and payment type. We ship all packages with DPD couriers or Lithuanian post office. The delivery time and type may vary depending on where you are resident.

You pay for your order through invoice payment, PayPal, e-banking (transfers are conducted via reliable www.paysera.com system) or cash on delivery (this payment is available only in Baltic states and costs additional €3, or choosing pick up in store Vilnius.)

 

Press continue and you are almost done! Please make sure that all the information is correct. After confirming that there are no errors, click “order now”.

 

RETURN

 

We offer a return period of 30 days. The product has to be returned in the original package, unused and unworn. Please put a note inside of the package with your full contact information and order number. Note that you are returning an item and please let us know why in order for us to learn from your return:)

When your return is received and approved, the refund will be made to your same bank account from which you made a payment. We will refund the full price you paid for an item, deducting the shipping costs.

 

If you have been sent a faulty product please contact our customer service as soon as you discover the fault. Customer service will then help you with your claim. We will change a product to a new one or will return the money to you as soon as a faulty product will reach us and is approved.
